Absolute pleasure renting from On The Spot Outdoors! Seriously, every part of the rental was great!
GREGORY JThis location remedied the ineptitude of the prior 2 locations I had to deal with that day. The first location in Hollister, Fl had me drive over an hour away to St. Augustine, FL to pick up a truck that I had reserved a week prior in person for a specific size. While on the phone with the St Augustine location and 10 minutes from their location they informed me they also did not have the correct size truck I reserved. They then rerouted us to a second location in St Augustine - which finally had the correct truck size I had reserved. I drove many miles out of my way to get the truck size I reserved - and now after returning the truck you had the nerve to charge me for the extra mileage! Not happy with U-Haul AT ALL.
