JOHN DMy main concern was that I had actually booked at a different collection point. When I arrived to get the vehicle it was not there. I went on to the app to check in and was only then told that there was an issue. When I phoned I was then told there was a scheduling issue with my booking. Would have preferred had I been told at the time of booking or at any point before I arrived to collect the vehicle. I then spoke to 3 different people to reschedule the pickup at a different collection point. All three people were actually quite pleasant and the collection point was ago as well.
