The movers ( loaders) we hired didn’t think the side wall tie down brackets were great. They actually said Rider trucks and another “for hire” truck was better than U-Haul!! You need to upgrade your side rails it sounds like so things can be strapped down better- if they are correct and I don’t see why they wouldn’t be saying the truth. The people in st clair that helped us were fantastic though! The lady who we ordered through and the man there at pickup were very friendly and professional- top notch!!!!
