It was hard to get ahold of contact for pickup approval. Created a delay.

Smother using app, employee did not know how to check unit back in. Possibly due to it being primarily a gas station, all in all was a good experience.
Jimmie REasy to rent and no problems. Will rent from them again
ERIC HThe gas attendant was the only contact on site and said the owner doesn’t accept other location trailers. I was then given a personal number to call which was not answered and no voicemail was set up. After three calls I received a text back that I would be called later. That never happened to this day. I called U-Haul directly and they told me to drop the trailer and use the u haul app. I barely got the trailer removed from the ball hitch by myself. It was only 8 degrees outside that added to the frustration of returning the trailer. I also witnessed another person pick up a truck and seemed to be getting the same run around.
CRAIG NThis was a BP station that had a truck and a couple of trailers. The gentleman who met me there did not work on-site, but he was there when I arrived. I had ordered pads, but he did not have any. He took it off the bill, but if I had really needed them I would have been out of luck. He was not able to physically assist me getting the trailer hooked up because of a back issue. I have used U-haul trailers before, so I knew how to get it all hooked up, but if I had been a new user, it would have been a bigger deal.
