I dropped the traileroff at approximately 4:55pm on Friday, April 24th. I received an email that stated the trailer was returned on Sunday, April 26, at 10am. The drop off site is a BP gas station. The only person on site was an employee working in the gas station. He told me to drop the trailer at the rear parking lot. He was not helpful at all. I manhandled the trailer into the last available spot. The attendant did not want to see any paperwork. I would not rent from or drop off from the location.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
Muharem Rrenting a u haul was the worst exsperance I ever had . the closest place never answered my three calls, and never called back.after making reservations some where else week ahead , they called a day before and said they did not have one.I had to drive thirty miles out of my way to get one. then I was given a location to drop off the the trailer, which was way out of my way .
wilmer jWhen dropping off the trailer the attendant was to busy with the gas station operations to check in the trailer and said he would do it at a later time. We dropped off the trailer the same day we rented it (Saturday). After dropping off the trailer and on the way home I thought this should not have e worked that way and once I got home I called the number 417-887-5832 and spoke with Sheryl (excellent support person) who was the person who worked with me to get the trailer. I explained the issue she said not to worry that sometimes they are too busy and will check in later and also I still had another day on the rental so no worries. On Monday I got a receipt saying I turned in the trailer a day late (Monday) so they were charging me an extra day. I called the number above and was lucky enough to speak with Sheryl again I explained what happened and she said she remembered speaking to me on Saturday and would take care of the additional cost. Within a short time I received a credit notice for the extra cost. Problem was resolved quickly and lesson learned will use a different return location next time.
Brett GOnly flaw would be to make sure the U-Haul system is operational. I selected counter process and ended using mobile in order to complete my check in process
