Ming GHave a bigger or better drop off area. It was quite snug to find a spot to drop off the truck. Everything else was great.
Tabetha SMy original reservation was not ready on time at a different location (Knollwood). They did not leave the keys for me to pickup at 9am. I lost time with my move and it was a very frustrating experience. I had to wait for another location to open up before I could pick up my truck. UHaul needs to figure out a better system, because this was not ok.
