I didn't see anything that needed to be improved. The gentleman than took care of me was nice and very kind. Next time I need a uhaul I will definitely go to his location again

Rebecca LPick up and return moved through smoothly. I did not know this location was so close to me prior to this Rental. Now I have a new place that I will return to whenever I need to rent a truck.
JUDITH DThey have a letter on the box that threatens you on where to park units. (Extra Fees) Says you have to disconnect units and park them and separate truck and trailer as a store that has Uhaul in Colorado we don’t do that! Thought is was rude
