This not where I requested to pick up the vehicle. It was over an hour there and back, that's fuel I had to pay for for both the truck and my personal vehicle.

ROGER Rce que je reproche a u-haul c est le manque d expertise que vous avez demontrer lors de la location que j ai fait au centre u-haul a ste martine , vous m avez envoyer plus de 35 ( v oui oui plus de 35 e-mail de la facture , c est pire que du harcelement ...... sourtout que j ai louer le trailer jeudi et que je l ai rapporter le samedi en fin de journee comme convenu et que vous m avez charger jusqu a lundi 2.00 pm , suite a la communication que j ai eu avec vous ( c est pas tres fort ..... j espere que vous aller me crediter les journee que vous m avez charger en trop sur ma carte de credit visa .... environ une quarantaines de dollars ) ca regarde tres mal pour une grosse compagnie comme vous ..... alain plouffe president de attache et mecanique 9333-3565 situer a ste -martine j0s 1v0 450 398_0592
