The gentleman working at this location is extremely rude. You are not allowed to leave your car parked there while using a U-Haul, and it’s very clear that U-Haul customers are viewed as an inconvenience. The U-Haul itself was filthy, there was a used napkin, eaten fries, dirt, and grime all over the front area. I documented everything with photos. Based on their attitude at check-in, it’s obvious they have zero concern for customers or the condition of their equipment. They said “they’re stopping uhaul anyways” and it’s clear as day. They told me the gas tank was full and it wasn’t. Milage was also off. Stay away from this location.
