The truck was the poorest U-Haul truck I've ever rented in all my years of renting. It was old, the driver's door didn't close easily, there was no USB port for plugging in a phone charger, nothing was motorized, the windows were old crank windows, and more. The JJM Auto And Fleet location and staff were great! The equipment, however, was in poor condition. Clean, but old and in poor condition.

Not their fault but the driver door does not seal properly (even when slammed). Driving 1200 miles through rain was not fun.
DEREK DThe gentleman working at this location is extremely rude. You are not allowed to leave your car parked there while using a U-Haul, and it’s very clear that U-Haul customers are viewed as an inconvenience. The U-Haul itself was filthy, there was a used napkin, eaten fries, dirt, and grime all over the front area. I documented everything with photos. Based on their attitude at check-in, it’s obvious they have zero concern for customers or the condition of their equipment. They said “they’re stopping uhaul anyways” and it’s clear as day. They told me the gas tank was full and it wasn’t. Milage was also off. Stay away from this location.
