This location uses the online app. This NOT customer service!! When I rented a truck of the same size at Enterprise, they have actual people helping you. Using the app to drop my truck took over 30 minutes - at Enterprise the drop off process is less than 5 minutes.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWE WOULD RENT AGAIN FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE WELL AND ABOVE OUR NEEDS IN TRANSPORTATION.
william bThe automated service wasn’t working. It took me over an hour to be able to pick up the rental because there was no person there for customer service. Then I sit on hold for a long period of time on the phone and then I was transferred to a secondary person because I couldn’t upload photos of the rental. Then to return the rental, I couldn’t upload the photos. The app stated someone would be in contact with me from U-Haul to close out my account “soon” but then no one contacted me. I sent an email to U-Haul later that night and I received an email back two days later.
Maggie KThe equipment/bag was torn and not attached on the dolly. Didn't have the security straps on both of them when I picked it up.
randall gThe only downside is the pickup location It’s impossible and dangerous to take the required pictures on mobile app without moving the van. The parking spot is about 8 ft from an active roadway. Same with the return. Thats the only concern.
