The U-Haul was less than 20 miles to empty and the paperwork said it was needed to be returned with 1/4 a tank. We were told we would receive a credit for returning it with more gas than we received it. Please address this.

Charles BThis review reflects zero towards Jacks Country Store, and more towards UHaul itself more people would feel far more comfortable renting a UHaul if they werent being charged so many little fees, Paying per mile for the vehicle and then paying for the gas that you just spent per mile on as well. Was definitely not worth the $200 for a day of use.
