Employee wrote my name down in book for a trailer rental, however he forgot to book it online. When I showed up 5 days later, I was told there is no railer for me. Forest called all the dealers in a 200km radius and no one had a trailer. He had one that was there ,but booked for a holiday Monday, Forest let me have that one. Thank you for that. He told me I needed to book 2 days though, instead of 1, and at that point it was all I could do to get my daughter moved. I am very glad he had that one there, otherwise it would have really put my daughter in a bad place, as she had to move and be at work.

I was very happy with the staff at this location
IAN HDrop off was after hours and no one was there to help with the drop off. Had to sign in and create an account to do the drop off electronically but the app wouldn’t let me sign in after I created an account so we just dropped the keys in the lock box.
