DANIEL SThe u-haul representative tested my lights and said my trailer plugs left turn signal was broken, I had it looked at professionally through Braby Motors Chrysler in Salmon Arm, it was the trailer that had the issue. I repaired it myself.
Zacrye PThe staff were too busy to help and told us to do it online, they did not mention it had to be done on site and told use to use the drop off link which we couldn’t find!! Turn out they should have said to use the contract#. With at least 6-8 called to various people, they finally acknowledged the drop off and closed the file 4 days later. I still have U-Haul staff calling days later to ask if I was going to drop off the truck! Crazy!! Most of the staff on the phone were really good to deal with however. They were trying to help. The person at the site could have saved us a lot of time and worry. Moving is stressful enough.
