This location is very near my house and I went there first to be told "we don't know anything about it, you do it all online" so I went to the other location to pick up. When we went to drop off at this location, they had a combination lock on the drop box then again said they know nothing about that either. The location was no help. It took us 1 hour to complete the online pickup (with 3 or 4 calls to Uhaul). The location stated they knew nothing about the process or Uhaul. There was a lock on the back door. No one knew the code. It took us another 1.5 hours and several phone calls for someone to tell us to cut off the lock. No one could help us. It was a disappointing experience.John E.
There was some confusion about the online check in and getting keys which were finally located in the return box and not the designated lock box. I rented a utility dolly which was not in the truck. It was not made clear that I might need to ask the individual inside the store.Chris K.
We got there about 10 minutes early to pickup Uhaul and of course it had to be a hassle. They said they couldn't give us the keys and had to wait on hold to talk to someone about it. They had no idea what was going on. Was there trying to figure it out for 15 minutes. 2nd time I have rented. Both times I had issues with picking up the equipment, requiring a call to customer support. While helpful, doing to caused an hour delay both times. Arriving on time to pick up the equipment and delaying for an hour while waiting for customer support was very inconvenient and displaced our itinerary drastically. I will be very hesitant to use these services again when our timeline is much more scheduled than the previous two experiences.Lori H.
