I had made a reservation to pickup a truck on June 23rd. Upon arrival, I found it was not setup and I could not get the key from the lock box. Shortly after I arrived, A U-Haul maintenence tech topped by and greatly assisted me in getting the key and setting up all the paperwork for the rental. I didn't get his last name but hid first name is Michael. He saved the day for me and I am extremely grateful. If he hadn't been in the area and was thoughtful enough to stop by, my hauling plans would have been a complete bust!

Let people know that you rent 7 days a week. I didn't realize this and rented a 10' truck for 2 days but completed the move in 1 and brought the same day . It would have saved me some money.
