I went to the first U-Haul place at 1200 E New Circle like I was supposed to and then once I get there I find out they have no 15 foot trucks or any that I could take out of state. Would’ve been great to have notice or let people know before they show up. Then had to drive 40 minutes to 101 Dory Dr and get there and it is literally just a gas station with no workers to help.

I had made a reservation to pickup a truck on June 23rd. Upon arrival, I found it was not setup and I could not get the key from the lock box. Shortly after I arrived, A U-Haul maintenence tech topped by and greatly assisted me in getting the key and setting up all the paperwork for the rental. I didn't get his last name but hid first name is Michael. He saved the day for me and I am extremely grateful. If he hadn't been in the area and was thoughtful enough to stop by, my hauling plans would have been a complete bust!
Jeffrey LLet people know that you rent 7 days a week. I didn't realize this and rented a 10' truck for 2 days but completed the move in 1 and brought the same day . It would have saved me some money.
