Renting was easy and the person helping me was amazing. The trailer performed well. I had to return the vehicle at night. The lot was poorly lit. The stand I was told would be available was no where to be found. The lot was dirt and not level making it more difficult to back in the trailer. That is all if it was not raining earlier in the day. But it was turning the lot into mud. The trailer caused my vehicle to slide sideways down a small incline nearly colliding with a rental truck. The drop off was way harder than it had to be. The check in process failed repeatedly then just said thanks with no direction after the second failure. Not an intuitive process when all does not go perfectly. There should be a default message that provides direction or expectations on how things will be confirmed the next day.
