The mobile check in does not work. I was given a vehicle with damage. The contact for this site is not good with communication, nor did the contact acknowledge the pick up, mileage, damage, or return. I was overcharged for my rental and had to contact customer support. This contact that runs this site needs to be fired, and site shut down. This is the number [redacted]3 that lied on my behalf, this other number [redacted] is listed at the facility and does nothing. Fire who runs it and shut it down today. I have never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism from a business like this before. Uhaul needs to do the right thing and do better.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHorrible experience (Contract #86125338). The location was unstaffed and unpaved. The 24/7 self-service system failed, causing a delay of over 40 minutes. The van was dirty, containing trash, debris, and even a previous customer's credit card (a total lack of cleaning and inspection). Furthermore, they did not provide the vehicle with a full tank yet required it to be returned full, and they overcharged me ($123.75). I demand a review of my case and a partial refund. I have photo and video evidence of everything.
Yasmar VApp for check in didn't work, had to call customer service. In total, It took about 40minutes to pickup the truck. This made us late to the pickup we were supposed to make. We will never rent this way again.
