We were move to this location last minute. There was no on at this location. When we arrived. The app did not work. We were not the only people stuck outside. Our reservation was not honored. We were switched to a different truck and location. Our drop off location was also changed by U-Haul. This was a cluster nightmare.

JAMES GThe owner of this location was very rude to me. He interrupted me while talking, sent me rude texts, and threatened to cancel my reservation and send me somewhere else. The site is very small and there’s not an office. It seems like a side gig for this guy and it’s very sketchy. The website says he’s open 8-5 but he only shows up to give you keys and then leaves. Not a good location at all.
DWAYNE SRoger was INCREDIBLY helpful. Moving can be so hectic and he made it very easy at this location by helping out with all my technical difficulties with picking up my rental, promptly answering the phone every time I called with a question, and just by going above and beyond with his customer service. My experience couldn’t have been better! 5 stars for Roger!
