Was unable to get access to the vehicle and wasn’t able to receive help, went to a different location after trying for an hour. They still charged us money

Tammie PThe truck was not ready when I arrived. I had to back out the truck from a very tight spot and with a trailer directly behind the truck. There was a crew digging a very large hole at the entrance and two uhaul vans parked at the entrance also. The big digger machine operator finally had to stop digging and move his equipment to help me navigate this mess. I was not informed that all this was going to happen and should have been informed when I initally rented the truck. The app was not working correctly with my name, but continued to have my former brother-in-law's name as my account. the person who rented me the truck said he took out that name, but did not. What a joke of an experience. I will never rent here again!!
Larry SUnresponsive operator. Called multiple times for assistance with returning my rental. As I waited for a call back some clown pulls up and yells are me for parking the truck wrong.
