Made reservations online, Picked up tow dolly early and owner was extremely helpful. From arrival at pick up location to leaving with equipment, took about 15 minutes.

Everything went well
Shandra GSomeone has to meet you there if you rent a trailer. No one showed up and we had to hook up the trailer ourselves.
Patricia TA bit awkward as no personnel on sight. Used scan code which I say didn’t work as it was supposed. Operator error system error who knows. Had to make two call for guidance and assistance.
