My location required completely online pick-up and return. AWFUL process with no one responding to my call for assistance. The picture taking requirement stinks overly time consuming. Next move, I will use a location staffed by employees. On a positive note, the mover help was outstanding. My movers arrived on time and moved my stuff quickly and efficiently with very friendly staff.

DAVID BWe were move to this location last minute. There was no on at this location. When we arrived. The app did not work. We were not the only people stuck outside. Our reservation was not honored. We were switched to a different truck and location. Our drop off location was also changed by U-Haul. This was a cluster nightmare.
