Mobile app for pickup was problematic when it came to uploading photos to indicate the condition of the vehicle both inside and out. Furniture pads was not provided in the cargo van I reserved for early pickup. So I had to wait till the store was open to getbthem in person. Customer service was rude and didn’t show much empathy. I do not recommend using the mobile app for early pickup if you want equipment and moving supplies.

DEBORAH GMy Uhaul Rental was stolen with all my items in it. I had uhaul insurance and it did not insure my items. The rental store asked me where was I parking the truck what seemed strange. I believe it was an inside job!
