Every time I return the truck, it’s after hours, so there’s no one available to speak with. Yet every single time, I get charged a $50 cleaning fee on the receipt — even though I return the truck completely clean. I’ve called the office number listed on the paperwork multiple times, but no one ever answers. This has become a pattern, and it’s not acceptable. I expect this issue to be reviewed and the repeated $50 charges to be refunded or stopped going forward.

GLADYS TReservation and pickup was great, the truck itself wasn’t. No traction in a light rain. Shocks were completely gone. Check Engine light was on. Tank was just over 1/4 full.
