I ordered a dolly but was told they didn’t have any. I was still charged for it. Then when I returned the truck at 1pm the store was closed with a sign back at 1pm. I went to have lunch and came back at 1:40 and still closed.

SUSAN BThe uhaul truck reeked of cigarette smoke and the turn signals/hazard lights were so dim they might as well have not worked. The driver side door handle also barely worked. This truck NEEDS to be fixed and cleaned before being available.
