Staff looked irritated/annoyed to serve us. He charged us for an item we did not request and did not show us the invoice. He did not leave his seat to do anything.

EDGARD Munfortunately i was charged for safemove, which i had previously declined. this might have been caught before the rental if i had been given a copy of the rental agreement and charges when i showed up to pick up the truck. not a big deal but unfortunate.
