I prepaid for the rental and mileage. When I left with the truck, it only had 14 miles left until empty displaying on the gas gauge. So I immediately put gas in the truck. When I returned it, the gas gauge displayed that there was 30 miles left until empty. So essentially, I left the truck with more fuel than what was in it when I picked it up. I mentioned that to the store operator and the assistant that was with her. The assistant agreed verbally and said that the previous renters left it empty. Later I got a call telling me that the fuel was not replenished to the proper level and I owed $93 more dollars. I again explained the situation to them over the phone and they still insisted that I pay. I was not very happy about the whole thing.
