My account was charged for two rents one month, once my access code was changed and I had to repetitively call the number to get access and after I surrendered my keys I received a late payment notice in my email. When I called they said they hadn’t processed my move out a week after I moved out. Other than that I had no issues.

The unit never showed any signs of leaks and never had a rodent or insect problem. Only negative was the constant price hikes, we started at $105/month and it grew to $140/month by the end.
