How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe bill is wrong. I put over $20 is gas into the truck at YOUR gas station upon return. Then you charged ne $20 extra for gas! And to make matters worse, the phone number on your bill is disconnected! You will have to refund the gas you charged!

evelyn gAt drop-off, I was told I would be reimbursed for the extra gas that I was misinformed about adding (the refueling guide on the paperwork I received when checking out the truck was really off). I have received a final statement and no reimbursement. I had to call and request this reimbursement, though it has yet to happen. I feel deceived, misled and taken advantage of. Shame on U-Haul!!
Mayne BThe individual behind the counter has always been incredibly helpful and kind every time I run from this location. So quick and easy. Fast in and fast out. I used to rent from the location on Lincoln Boulevard near the highway, but it has always been a challenge with long lines and slow to get help because they are so incredibly busy.
