I should have gone to an actual u haul and not an affiliate location at a gas station. Tate dent didn’t really seam to car. Also my bill was over $40 difference. Use the truck for 6 miles for 3 hours. There wasn’t an additional rental charge? The initial quote should have be exactly that. I even over estimated the miles when o picked it up

When I went to refill the fuel, the gauge did not function correctly and I ended up adding a half tank over what it started with. I just wanted to fill it to half tank but ended up filling to full and was hoping for some sort of refund for the extra fuel added. Thank you
Marc LIt’s just fine but not a complete U-Haul location but the provider was prepared, the vehicle was clean and ready, and the rental blankets were fresh and recently packaged
Bryant HTo add to how rude the personnel was, he said that U-Haul would charge me for not folding the furniture padding blankets. What the hell? Fold them?! I’ve never heard or seen that in writing from U-Haul saying I would be charged for not folding the furniture pad blankets upon returning the truck. So, after I had left the facility. I was charged twice from U-haul. $67.64 fee and another $25 fee. All this even after I had spent over $2,000 already on my rentals. Ridiculous and such a horrible way to end my whole horrible experience.
MORRIS EPersonnel was rude and had an attitude. Horrible treatment of me and a very prudish attitude and very non-professional. He had the nerve to tell me to move the truck I had parked. That was HIS job, not mine.
