To add to how rude the personnel was, he said that U-Haul would charge me for not folding the furniture padding blankets. What the hell? Fold them?! I’ve never heard or seen that in writing from U-Haul saying I would be charged for not folding the furniture pad blankets upon returning the truck. So, after I had left the facility. I was charged twice from U-haul. $67.64 fee and another $25 fee. All this even after I had spent over $2,000 already on my rentals. Ridiculous and such a horrible way to end my whole horrible experience.

Personnel was rude and had an attitude. Horrible treatment of me and a very prudish attitude and very non-professional. He had the nerve to tell me to move the truck I had parked. That was HIS job, not mine.
