Well you can start by not charging me for a 2 day rental when i picked the truck up on 9/28 at 9:04am and returned it at 1:35pm on the same day. (I HAVE TIME & DATE STAMPS) My final receipt showed a return time of 5:08pm. I have photos with time stamps and locations that will prove that this information is incorrect. You also charged me twice for rental insurance. I will be filing a complaint and will not stop until my card is refunded for the appropriate amount. Dishonesty business practices do not fly with me. Perhaps clean the absolutely filthy windshield and dust the spiderwebs off the vehicle before renting it out? If additional rental equipment isnt available to rent ( dollies, pads) as in they literally have no inventory to rent, perhaps don't offer it as an option? I arrived to my rental needing a dolly and was told they don't carry them. Unacceptable.

Vamshik BThe bill is wrong. I put over $20 is gas into the truck at YOUR gas station upon return. Then you charged ne $20 extra for gas! And to make matters worse, the phone number on your bill is disconnected! You will have to refund the gas you charged!

evelyn gAt drop-off, I was told I would be reimbursed for the extra gas that I was misinformed about adding (the refueling guide on the paperwork I received when checking out the truck was really off). I have received a final statement and no reimbursement. I had to call and request this reimbursement, though it has yet to happen. I feel deceived, misled and taken advantage of. Shame on U-Haul!!
