i was charged insurance even though i didn't sign up for it. took some effort to get it removed. i was also charged extra mileage which boggles my mind. i drove from LA to Vegas which is about 230 miles and i had a Uhaul mileage allowance of 330 which should have been more than sufficient. i'm at a loss as to how i went 60 miles over the buffer. it doesn't make sense to me and makes me wonder whether there is something wrong with the odometer
