They made a mistake and charged me something they shouldn't have. Now they say they'll return the money to me, but they haven't returned anything. The person who helped me had no experience and didn't know what they were doing.

Great personal service. Treated me like I was valuable customer and greeted me by name. This is the service I like and they brought it.
CHARLIE CThis location is inside a vape shop. I waited until the associate completed a translocation with a vape customer. Then he got to me. He checked the unit in but told me I would have to wait until he helped the next vape store customer before he could inspect the unit. I found this to be unprofessional and I felt as if my time was not valued. He should have completed my return before helping someone else.
