Recommend that when dropping off after hours, go through the process and take all the required pictures before locking up. I didn't realize so many were required. Other than that, Jimmy was very helpful and patient with my questions.

NGOC TThe trucks were parked to close to one another I couldn’t go inside the truck. For the app I couldn’t take pictures to show condition of the car before driving it which was frustrating , but I was able to upload images of the car after delivery successfully . The location was close to my house and overall the experience was good and simple.
AMIN AI only needed the rental for a few hours. Customers have various needs, and though I did get what I needed, the professionalism needs to be turned up, and the scrutiny turned down.
