This locations staff was not adept in thier communication of the english language or standard rental processes. They ended up overcharging for #1 coverage #2 fuel #3 duration of rental. This was quite possibly the WORST experience. Note; stick to the main rental stores if possible.

Alex MI only went 52 miles total and was charged for 8 gallons of gas. That is total BS. Never again!

CHARLES WI would say it’s not related to the actual U-Haul location, but rather the U-Haul customer service and app. It does not fully detail the pick up instructions and process. It took me over 45 minutes to get checked in once I arrived at the location and I used the U-Haul app to reserve the U-Haul thinking it would be more efficient and user-friendly, but I was wrong. As as the location goes, the service was nice, and the woman at the counter was very friendly and patient. The U-Haul itself and the driver and passengers area did not smell well very sour and rotten smell, but the vehicle itself drove very well and was very useful and helped me get the job done.
