SANTOS GThe rental rate and mileage expense wasn't made clear to me before renting. As a result,I incurred about $100 more in moving expense than I expected. When I called to gain an understanding about my receipt, Thomas ended up yelling at me because he thought that I was going to "get a lawyer". It was absolutely ridiculous.
Paula BMake sure you tell customer they are getting a text message and to answer it prior to departing the property. Text is for inspection of truck and verifying damage. We were told we would get an email with our receipt and reservation info but nothing about the text. Fortunately my wife took pictures of the vehicle and odometer prior to leaving.
