Van was in good shape; Clean, well-maintained, easy to acquire. I selected no insurance when making the original reservation and it was added when checking out without asking if I wanted it. Extra $15
Hollan HParking for the trucks is terrible. Only two spots not meant for big trucks. Nowhere else to park except a handicapped spot. Terrible parking. Self checkout not user friendly on the app.
Derych WHeather was great; knowledgeable, helpful and personable. The van was clean with clear instruction labels. Returning the van to the designated parking spot was challenging.
