The van was dirty, no one had swept or cleaned out the cargo section and it had unordered hand cart and U-Haul equipment in the cargo space. The attendant was nice and helpful but returning the van using the app was time consuming and tedious particularly as I had selected the in person check in and check out when reserving the van on the app.

MICHAEL RWest Coast Self Storage had always been the most local U-Haul location to me since I moved to Seattle. Any time I would need to move anything, I would always go straight to them. Always friendly, helpful, professional, and fast. Never had a bad experience.
TAYLOR AThe _location_ in particular was just fine. My experience with UHaul as a company (again, not West Coast Self Storage) was terrible. Their system was down and it took AGES to actually get my rental. You MUST use the app to login; there wasn't anything at this location that would let me check out my rental truck WITHOUT UHaul's horrible app. It was an awful user experience and I wouldn't wish it on anybody. Similarly, check out was tediously onerous - again the UHaul app was a major disappointment. UHaul seriously needs to pay their developers properly, and to pay for someone to maintain their system. The UHaul system was down, AGAIN, so uploading photos in order to check out and return the truck just simply couldn't be done. It was a wretched experience.
