The wait times for pick-up and drop off seemed quite long (anywhere from 15 - 20 minutes) for them only have 1-2 other customers at the location.

Even with an online reservation it took over an hour to pick up the trailer. The location was very under staffed, with one of the two people being a trainee, they were overwhelmed by customers. Also they us sent out with a trailer with two flat tires for a 800+/- mile trip! We were forced to overnight in Eugene OR. so we could have the tires replaced at an excellent U-Haul center in Eugene. This unscheduled stop caused us a extra day charge as well. Over all my past experience has been very good but this was not your best effort.

Parking insufficient for in town rental. Staff clearly overworked and the whole scene was chaotic. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me, and let me know when they’d be able to process my equipment pick up. The van I rented was not clean, and was runnin really rough.

Everything was great. Parking around the site is sort of difficult, but that's not their fault and, heh, this is Seattle!

When i arrived to turn my vehicle in it took several requests to have an associate come to check my vehicle return in. And there were 5 associates working behind the counter with no customers in the office. So i waited 5-10 minutes when someone could have helped but they all deferred to the guy who was on his smoke break.

Lisa and the rest of the crew work hard and make the rental process smooth and efficient. I really appreciate them.

Make sure the directions on your app are in line with what that location needs done. I was very ready to write about my awesome expierence using the app for pick up and drop off, however when I finished dropping the van out and had completed everything as directed through the app, I could not find the key drop off anywhere. There was no key drop off, I was actually yelled at when asked where it was, told I needed to move the truck to a different place, and then had to wait in like for 20 minutes to drop of the keys even though I already had my receipt / had finished all the paperwork in the app. The app technically worked great and I would recommend it to people, except not at the location for sure. The uhaul process was great, the people working in that store were not.

My rental pickup location was changed on me and I was promised a $50 credit, but have not received it. I would still like the credit. The line at the U-haul was so long. It took 35 minutes just to pick up my rental. The experience was negative since the employee I was being helped by was rude and unprofessional towards her colleagues and customers.

Had to get in line twice. Line was out the door, we were given wrong information. The Spokane location had given us 90 extra miles due to the fact that we had to go the long way. We could not be checked out in the lot and had to wait in line. There was only one completely overwhelmed worker inside. He did give us the extra miles for free. We will not use U haul again, or recommend it to anyone. All customers in The store were quite frustrated.

More staff available.

Assistant manager was extremely rude to me and everyone in line. The line was almost out the door and he was the only one working. When I returned the keys he snatched them out my hand. I called the store manager to let her know how I was treated but I have yet to hear back from her. I will never come back here again. Or refer anyone to u haul on Rainier

Staff both in the office and yard are extremely rude and abrasive. They treat you horribly and act as if you are a burden. Loud music playing in the lobby and the truck smelled.

Dirty boxes in the way, extremely unorganized, poor customer service skills waited in line for almost an hour just to hook up my own trailer, people unfriend me jack on the trailer did not work handle broke off could not drop the trailer anywhere it was the worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. Then they put it in the system wrong with supposed to be around trip back to Spokane but they ended up putting it as A location return. It was a terrible experience.

This was an overall terrible experience. You need to have more staff on Saturdays and an express line for those who reserved in advance.

well I come to find out I was charged an $875.23 by Juwan Buchanon. This guy had absolutely no idea what he was doing while on the job. This guy needs to be fired so this will not happen to another customer. Completely

Was charged a fuel refill fee when I refilled the tank. Have already sent an email requesting a refund, I have not heard back. I specifically talked with the manager there about the incorrect fuel reading when I checked out the uhaul and she assured me she would fix the problem.

bad customer service. The general manager there should learn to treat people properly.

I really don't know? But for me it was a wonderful pleasant experience always. The manager was personable, helpful and friendly. The workers were always helpful and friendly. I rented a space for over a year and I would definitely to a friend.

Make sure you have enough staff to handle business levels! The AM clerk (I didn't catch his name) did a great job and kept a level head but he literally had to do everything with a line almost out the door the whole time I was there. It was rough.

Wish there was a vending machine or water fountain available. I walked over to Bartell's to buy water and a Gatorade after moving.
