Great customer service! Friendly staff!!

Friendly staff, mis marked gas tank claiming it was a half tank - I drive 2 miles to my apt, loaded it, hopped in to move it and noticed it was at a quarter tank.

Location messed up my reservation. As part of correcting the issue I agreed to take a smaller vehicle and they were to take $50 off of the order. The $50 was never refunded and the store did not return any of my calls. I was one of three people in the store with issues with orders.

Have parking available for customers.

The inside of the truck was dirty and wet. Luckily all the things we hauled were wrapped plastic, but we had to wipe them down when we arrived at our destination. Service was fine art the shop.

Rainy day so I chose a van for a local craigslist pick up. It ran great - radio reception good. I think having blankets to rent was a plus. Got my new bookcases home in great condition. The van was easy to drive.

The sale associate that help me with my reserved rental was great, he went well out his way. But when I first arrive I ask the manager did he have any trailer available to rent he told me no. Even though when I arrive he was hitching up this gentleman truck and their was at least 8 trail sitting there. Then proceed to tell me that all their trailer we reserved for the day. I asked if he could check any other stores near by and he said no because they were all not open yet. So I called the Uhaul 1800 number and the customer service told yes they had a trail and reserved one for me. I truly hope this manager did not treat me like this because I was African American, but did fill like this. His excuse to the other sale associate that help me was I didn't know you had a reservation, the only problem with that response was that I didn't have one when I walk in the store. I only got one after he told me he had no trailers because they were ALL reserved. This is my neighborhood Uhaul that I been going to for a long time and this hurts to be treated this way. I was renting this trail to move something for a fundraiser I was doing for my churches Children Ministry. No one should have to good through this.

About a fifteen minute wait. Otherwise all good.

Very impressed by the hard working lady who helped me. Hope you are paying her double-time for doing the work of two guys. Again, very impressed!

Unit was very old and the interior of the trailer was dirty with sawdust.

Everything worked out well. They staff were very professional. We left a Comcast box in the truck's cab and they called back the day after we turned it back in to let us know they were holding it for us. Very nice and lots of integrity. Good group!

Staff was friendly and professional. Colby (Colburn), who checked me back in was especially nice to work with:)

Santa was all I could have asked for as far as customer and friendly. She should be commended! David Posner

Our truck leaked and got all of our stuff wet. We called customer care and the girl on the phone said she would attach a note to our file. We get to the store to drop it off and there is no note, the employees answer was well that sucks file a claim. And to top it all off when we check the truck back in the employee tells us that someone sold us the wrong plan and it would have been cheaper to drop off the truck by our new house versus driving it back to that location. So a lot of our stuff is ruined and we are out $250 with awful customer service experience. We will never recommend uhaul to anyone.

I returned the truck overnight. I got an email two days later saying it was late I filled it up with gas and got charged for more gas even though I have proof I put back the right amount.

This location had some positives and some negatives. The negatives were that they didn't have the equipment we had ordered, the truck wasn't ready at the time it was supposed to be and it took an extremely long time to complete. The positive was that the people who worked there meant very well and were very nice. And I am not sure that its their fault that the truck or equipment was not ready so I think the people were the positive side.

Very friendly service staff.

A few things. I asked for a clean truck and newer, got a dirty cab truck that smelled a bit of cigarettes. Also, annoyed by the gas situation. The gas tank isn't full, you are suppose to guess how much to fill the tank to the level you were given it to. Seems to me that's just another way for the company to get more money. Also, bought a wardrobe box and the pole was not included with the box so the box was useless. To get refunded I was suppose to bring the box back. They would not give me a credit for the box. This annoys me.. We left the box at the old place because we couldn't use it and there was no room in the truck to put it. I wasn't about to go find the box to get my money back. Poor service, I should not have had to even have to return it, the pole (or metal rod) should have been there!

Great Customer Service!!!!!! AAA+ Management!!!!! Better than Penske!!!! I'm coming back whenever I need to move.... Regards

I tried renting a van at the Stacy St location and the person at the desk there was overtly hostile to my attempt to get information on equipment and prices. I went to the Rainier location instead and the manager there was very helpful.
