Dispatch overbooked the first facility I went to and did not offer any solutions. The staff was told to just figure it out. Very frustrating for me, but the staff were very attentive and sympathetic.

There is the same day pick-up option in Seattle. But when I called, the customer representative was very unfriendly, didn`t want to offer me this option and asked me to move out my place.

box was bolted shut when I got to my location to unload w movers waiting. Uhaul was supposed to remove screws but forgot. It wasn`t a normal nail you could remove yourself and required a special tool

When I cleared out my unit, I found many many mouse droppings on my things. Adequate carts are not provided. Entry to and exit from rear driveway is inconvenient parked cars.
