I really don't know? But for me it was a wonderful pleasant experience always. The manager was personable, helpful and friendly. The workers were always helpful and friendly. I rented a space for over a year and I would definitely to a friend.

Make sure you have enough staff to handle business levels! The AM clerk (I didn't catch his name) did a great job and kept a level head but he literally had to do everything with a line almost out the door the whole time I was there. It was rough.

There was only one employee at the register checking out rentals to customers on a Saturday morning on the last weekend of the month. It took nearly 45 minutes to get through the line and everyone waiting was noticeably irritated/frustrated and becoming understandably impatient. To make things worse, the employee seemed more focused on making small talk with each person at the counter rather than making an effort to move things along in a timely manner. The truck I rented turned out to have shifting issues and I was unable to keep the truck in reverse without holding the shifter in a certain spot with one hand, while steering with the other. Of course this wasn't discovered until long after I had left the U-Haul facility, so it was too late to turn around and get a new truck. All in all, it was a terrible experience that I feel like I overpaid for. I won't be renting from U-Haul again.

The trailer I reserved was not there when I got there. There was another trailer there but they wouldn't let me take it on a one way. So I had to down grade to a tow dolly.

I rented the vehicle for 2 days, however, I returned it on the same day. And guess what, I got charged for keeping the vehicle for one extra day!! Such an awesome customer service, that I would recommend my friends to never rent any vehicle from u-Haul.

Just raise your rates by $45 to avoid the condescending game of pressuring the customer into purchasing "safe-move" insurance. Just include the coverage and make customers feel as if you are taking care of our needs.

I would have given Excellent but the cab smelled like years of cigarette smoking. The truck was very new so I’m surprised that it smelled so bad.

There was no clue I had a dolly and pads reserved. I got the dolly because I asked for but I forgot to get the pads and no one looked that. The lines need attention, every time we have to go out to open the lock or come back to ask for help we would need to enter the line again.

The self-service option was nice once I put all the info in -- but because I had an incomplete profile, adding everything in with a mobile device took me 30 minutes! Drop off was excellent, though.

Only one person working at 8:30 in the morning - Maria did a great job under pressure - but a line quickly formed. Upon returning the equipment at the end of the day, two additional people were working and everything went smoothly.

You ripped me off. I returned the truck with a full tank and was still charged for gas. I was charged for more miles than PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE. Eat shit you corporate scum.

I don’t have an issue with this location. However, the 1st ave Starage in Seattle location I will NEVER entertain renting from again. I rented the truck for 9am and they were not open when I arrived. I had to call customer service who were absolutely wretched to deal with. They managed to get my reservation transferred over to this new location listed, but overall this was an awful experience trying to get a truck rented.

I forgot to mention to the agent when I dropped off the van, the turn signal indicator in the cab of the van is kinda wonky. The lights themselves seem to still work.

The desk person when we returned the truck was extremely nice - it would have been great had we remembered to replace fuel before we returned the truck. It has been a stressful day. But kudos to the desk person at 5pm on Sunday today for being friendly and responsive -
