Clean the truck after the previous user drops it off. There's no reason that I had a bottle of someone else's urine under the driver's seat. Not to mention the wave of dirt and dust that rose from the floor when I rolled the window down at highway speeds. I've rented several trucks from uhaul before, and haven't had this issue. This one left me disgusted

Steve DClean but not very inviting. They were just the receivers. I do not think anyone at these locations really cares about the trucks, the shape they are in, the customers or any bad experience they had. Take the money, bring it back and be done. That is about the extent of the service. Even they felt U-Haul was shady with some of their practices and honestly, no one cared one bit about my daunting and exhausting experience. I talked to teenagers. What more can I expect?
