How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe online app and check in and check out process is pretty arduous. It would be good to be notified in advance about how long that process takes. Basically you can't use it unless you have a smartphone, you have to have to pull the truck out to get all the photographs, and it would be good to know that you want a photograph of the inside before I park it, lock it, and walk away. I prefer the old school, the rental where somebody actually came out and walked around with you. Other than the app, everything else was great.
Nicolette MI unloaded my car from trailer and parked the trailer as directed. All went well.
DON SDrop off location was too far, 40 miles, from my destination, which had 3 retailers but too full to take my trailer.
