The online app and check in and check out process is pretty arduous. It would be good to be notified in advance about how long that process takes. Basically you can't use it unless you have a smartphone, you have to have to pull the truck out to get all the photographs, and it would be good to know that you want a photograph of the inside before I park it, lock it, and walk away. I prefer the old school, the rental where somebody actually came out and walked around with you. Other than the app, everything else was great.

I unloaded my car from trailer and parked the trailer as directed. All went well.
DON SDrop off location was too far, 40 miles, from my destination, which had 3 retailers but too full to take my trailer.
IVAN CAdditional charges added to my bill without explanation, difficult drop off due to management
tia dIt took over an hour for person to get my information so that we could get the truck. IT was ridicules, I updated my DL at least 3 times. Not sure if it was computer problem or computer entry problem. Needless to say it caused a delay in my day NOT to mention I was supposed to pick up the truck IN Paso and NOT 20 minutes EACH way out of my way. WAS NOT HAPPY!!! Don't care what you do for the next customer just what are you doing for ME!!
