I did not want the insurance and because the man at the location was in such a hurry I didn’t notice that he added it without me noticing. This isthe type of situation that tarnished the u-haul brand

Pierre-Elie HMaybe it doesn't define the whole location/equipment, but the trailer we had was a lemon, had issue at all speed, well documented, might have been the tires (Alignment, balance or lumpy?). The customer service was amazing and we had everything refunded.
