Uhaul systems seemed to have some issues. We had to try 4 times for the system to just let us pay (not on the payment terminal, but the stuff they have to fill before). Beside that, everything was awesome and the gentleman there was very helpful and friendly.
Hélène BThis pick up location had excellent service and availabily of equipment. It is in a distant city from home and local location in Trois-Rivieres had no availability. (3 places) Planning should be improuved.
francois pI did not want the insurance and because the man at the location was in such a hurry I didn’t notice that he added it without me noticing. This isthe type of situation that tarnished the u-haul brand
