Super quick interaction, only long enough to drop off the keys after refueling to return the truck. Nice guy, visted this store many times prior to this. Their vans seem to be in great shape.

The U-Haul truck was not cleaned off of snow. I believe they should be if they are booked and you know that someone is coming to get it

Cinia DMaria’s convince was great. But no dolly was received as they don’t carry them at that location. no help from Halifax offices with dolly either. Overall bad experience with U-Haul as a whole. We rented a U-Haul locally but had to drive 2 hours to go pick it up. Was of time/money & gas.
