This location made a huge mistake that lead to me losing my deposit and owing hundreds of dollars because they drastically under estimated the mileage at 30 miles when it was almost 300 miles.
RICHARD JEquipment was dirty, location was 200km from my city. Traffic person who call me to confirm location, told me that 100 people booking now truck, but they have only dozen of the trucks. And even my reservation which was confirmed on time of order, and when I booked storage in different city office confirmed that truck is confirmed for me, still traffic person told its not guaranteed that you can ger a truck. Uhaul gave 26ft truck, instead of 20ft. Few times, when i went in store to get moving boxes, all cashiers was indian-immigrants who didn't speak English at all, and in front of me one cashier was talking to customer on the phone, hang on him, and call him stupid in front of me. It's location- bayers lake, Halifax, NS, Canada. Those cashiers was rude with me to, raised voice on me too, couldn't find box size for me, even they was in front of them. Only one indian-cashier in that location was friendly with everyone, had great English and was very helpful. I wouldn't recommend to use Uhaul in Nova Scotia, Canada.
