Staff was great, thank God he was there! The key to the truck was NOT in the lock box that my App messages said it was in. The attendant had to work hard to get the frozen key box open only to find it wasn’t there so he had to unfreeze another trying to find the key.

The lock box combo that we received wasn’t correct. The lockboxe combos had gotten mixed up. The keys were jammed in the lockboxes and wouldn’t come out without a screwdriver. The trucks were all snowed in and could have been shoveled out in front of the trucks. Other than all of that trucks were fine. Using the App to self rent was not easy either. Between trying to upsell everything and navigating the app it was almost impossible to pickup and return a truck. Other than the truck working fine the experience was ridiculous.
Kristopher SThe facility was NOT plowed, no snow scraper was provided. It took me 45 minutes to get the snow off the truck and then I got stuck trying to get out of the lot. Luckily for the facility I grew up in the north and know how to drive large vehicles but anyone else could have possibly wrecked badly just getting out of the lot. Ridiculous. If you’re going to rent U-Hauls, make sure people can at least get off the property! Getting back hours later wasn’t much better but again, I have a clue how to drive, if it had been my 30 year old daughter, she would have wrecked in the lot. It made a difficult move much harder than it needed to be and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. Do better people. All it would have taken was a plow and a few minutes.
Linda WOur U-Haul took over 30 minutes to verify to get the key in the app, once we got U-Haul it was dirty with broken glass, cat litter, tons of leaves, animal trap and it smelled so bad like animals and pee.
