Uhaul is a terrible company to do business with. The people at the location were nice. Uhaul cancelled my rental the day before I was supposed to pick it up. I will never do business with you again. To have me rate the location is unfair to them . You should be ashamed of yourself as a company.

Ralph M.My orginal pick up location was hwy 50 location Carson city nv I made my reservation several weeks in advance and when I went to pick up my truck they had none for me and they sent me 50 miles away to pick up a truck which I didn't like because I had no car . Had a bad experience with your company this time and don't know if I would use it again.
