Does not need to be improved Very good location
Ralph M.My orginal pick up location was hwy 50 location Carson city nv I made my reservation several weeks in advance and when I went to pick up my truck they had none for me and they sent me 50 miles away to pick up a truck which I didn't like because I had no car . Had a bad experience with your company this time and don't know if I would use it again.
DONNA B.My assigned truck was on empty. They needed to swap out my truck to one that had gas. However, while the new truck had gas, the passenger floor mat had dried mud on it and dog footprints on the passenger seat. My drop off location wanted to charge me for the cleaning, but I explained the situation and was not charged.
