STEPHEN KGreat service! Even though the Uhaul software was glitching, both on my phone and inside with the location representative - he was fantastic and kept apologizing for the software. Eventually the check in app worked and on my way. Drop off was even easier with the app as usual but the rep inside the location was so cheerful and friendly - happy friendly people just make the world a better place.

Rhonda AThe jack to crank up the trailer to release it from the hitch at the end when returning was very worn and didn't work very well the owner had to come out and use an accessory Jack to release the trailer from my truck and said he was waiting for a replacement Jack so I thought he shouldn't have had to wait that long to get a replacement. Otherwise the trailer pulled and worked flawlessly.
