Steering extremely loose and hard to control on a highway. For the price we paid for the rental a customer should expect a 15ft truck to be safe for the road.

Way too expensive. More fuel efficient vehicles, electric trucks would be way better.
TOBIAS CWas told extra kms would be covered as they didn't have a truck at my originally booked location. They charged me extra. Truck was returned to a gas station location and I was charged an additional 70$ as the level was just below start amount. $30 of that a service fee absolutely ridiculous. I use uhauls all the time for my business but will be switching to enterprise.
