Was told extra kms would be covered as they didn't have a truck at my originally booked location. They charged me extra. Truck was returned to a gas station location and I was charged an additional 70$ as the level was just below start amount. $30 of that a service fee absolutely ridiculous. I use uhauls all the time for my business but will be switching to enterprise.
