Maybe a tutorial video for the online pick up process beforehand to make pickup smother. And a list of things needed for pick online. Valid drivers license for all operators. And a how to on the standard operating systems of said vehicle. Not everyone knows which buttons do what on some of the bigger vehicles. But otherwise excellent experience.

Easy mobile pickup and drop off.
Shridat SI arrived at location just as closing and no one was available. I did the drop box and all went well.

Karen RShowed up to get the truck and no one was there. Probably ought to mention that for these locations the customer has to phone in to pick up the truck. System worked great, just did not know to call in. Thanks
