No issues, however I was supposed to get the truck and trailer at Brownsville KY and had to get it at Smiths Grove.
Christopher HThe office was closed due to Easter but the Owner came by to verify we didn't need any thing. He told us to just put keys in the box. Nice guy.

CURTIS HArrived at 4:00 pm they were closed, called the number and the guy told me to call U-Haul that they close at 3:00 pm. Not helpful at all. I’ve rented from U-Haul multiple times and this one was a pain.
