The location was wonderful. Mac couldn’t have been nicer. U-Haul’s website and customer service on the other hand, is awful.

I received no rental agreement printed out, it took almost two hours to receive the said truck/trailer. They double booked for the trailer and the gentlemen that arrived before I did got it. I had to have my reservation split and drive 80 miles to get said trailer. I never spoke to the owner in person, it was all over the phone. The truck came with a quarter tank of gas and was dirty. Someone’s old rental agreement was in the glovebox. Not thrilled at all to use u-haul anytime soon for my moving needs.
