Initially booked at a different location for 8:00am pickup. Was contacted later and had to be moved to this location that opens at 9:00am. Employee did not arrive until after 9:15am. Another customer was being helped first and I did not leave until after 10:00am. Employee was nice but the store was unprepared.

I had no problem from start to finish
Thomas DMac did a great job, although he almost rented our reserved hauler to another customer...but he caught it in time and saved the day. He was friendly, professional and was a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely recommend him and his business anyway. Kudos Mac and thanks
