Check the transmission. Unnerving sounds coming from under the hood. Usage cost was too steep

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNever had an issue using Uhaul.
Joseph LThis location does not communicate. I showed up to pick up a 10 foot truck. The truck was not there. I had a mobile pickup and could not continue because my equipment was not available. I went inside to try to get assistance and no one was there. An employee even saw us standing outside at one point and just ignored us. It took an hour to get it fixed with USPS and I had to take a 9 foot van instead. It then took me 3 trips to move my belongings instead of 1. So I then got charged for more miles than I was intending on. And they didn’t have the equipment dolly available like I ordered. This was an awful experience from start to finish. I do not recommend using the location at Mac’s Towing in Smyrna, DE.

Harvey SI truly appreciated the entire rental process at Macs Towing Service LLC. They were well informed and I was comfortable with the manner in which they conducted their business. I will use them again and would be honored to recommend their services to everyone in need.
