Scott RInitially booked at a different location for 8:00am pickup. Was contacted later and had to be moved to this location that opens at 9:00am. Employee did not arrive until after 9:15am. Another customer was being helped first and I did not leave until after 10:00am. Employee was nice but the store was unprepared.
