Self drop off via the website was smooth and easy to use.
Chad BApp needs improvements. It's buggy and doesn't work correctly when trying to go through the pick up and drop off process. I understand this survey isn't for the app, I had no issues at all with the truck or the company renting the truck. Truck was almost brand new and very clean, except for a smudge on the center arm rest.
