I got there to pickup the truck and use the app to do so. I had to go into the office to get the key and there was an employee there from another location that didn't have access to that location. He was filling in and did a great job, but It took nearly an hour to get the truck. The truck was dirty and had a TV in the front seat. The truck did not have to Appliance Dolly in it and there wasn't one in the office. When leaving I just looked in the back of another truck and took the dolly from there. The app process was aweful too. When I returned the vehicle, it hard a hard time accepting images and took multiple attempts. After completing all the photos, it reloaded and wanted all the photos again. I went inside and the guy said I was already checked in and good to go. I was told I couldn't receive any discounts for the hour wasted.
