We drove the vehicle 71 miles and filled the gas tank up afterwards. We were charged for the gas being at 1/3 of the tank when we returned it. There is no way driving 71 miles used 2/3 of a tank of gas and we filled it up. I responded to the receipt with my concerns and no one responded. I will not be using this location again. I've used other locations in my area before and had zero issues. This was the first time we didn't have a person onsite when we returned the vehicle and it resulted in an erroneous $60 charge that no one is trying to assist us with; fool me once shame on you; you won't fool me again.
