Do not move the pick up location. We had reserved a pick up location near our house. U Haul changed it to a location quite a distance. I had to scramble to get it a day earlier from yet another location. It is very inconvenient to change the pickup location on me. Good thing I checked on the web site or I would not have known of the switch.

THOMAS FThe lot is very tight and the truck was difficult to access and maneuver out of the lot. The business was closed when I picked up the truck but someone (I think the owner) showed up to retrieve something from the building and he helped me get the truck out. He was very polite and kind. The type of person I would continue to do business with. Accessing keys was very easy. It would have been nice to have more room to maneuver the 26foot truck. If the truck would have been smaller it would not have been an issue at all.
