Very unorganized. Equipment was not where was told it would be. Charged for things miles going and getting the equipment I was promised . Will not use again.

Before I say what needs to be said the rental place was amazing to work with as they were able to get me checked in quickly and they advised me to use the app as it is a smoother and quicker process. This was my first time renting a U-Haul. This location was very nice and informative. They sent me to another location 6 miles out of my way to pick up an appliance dolly. However, upon arrival to that location it was a hassle to retrieve a dolly that I had paid for. After a few moments of back and forth they finally got crappy with me but retrieve the dolly and place in the truck. This caused me to have to pay for the additional 12 miles as well as deal with a very rude sales person. I would not recommend the location at the Castle Pawn Shop as they are not friendly when it comes to issues associated with an agreement and another location sending them to retrieve an item.
Sarah LThe lady at the counter just said drop it off and leave it. Thought this was weird. I needed help getting the trailer of the hitch and the guy who helped was very nice and helpful.
